  1. Shipping Fees & Delivery Time Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

    Production & Delivery Time: The 14 business days stated below refers to shipping time only. Due to the unique nature of custom products, production times cannot be precisely estimated. Please ensure you allow sufficient time for production when placing your order. Orders will be shipped after production is completed.

    Once shipped, delivery typically takes approximately 14 business days, depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and local logistics conditions. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

     

  2. Remote Areas & Additional Shipping Fees

    Please note that the shipping fees displayed at checkout apply to standard delivery regions only. For remote or isolated areas, shipping costs may require manual re-calculation. In such cases, we will contact you prior to shipment to confirm any additional charges.

    For customized products, the package weight is estimated based on production specifications. The final shipping cost will be determined according to the actual weight of the completed product. If there is a significant discrepancy between the estimated and actual weight, additional shipping fees may apply. We will contact you to confirm the difference, and any additional amount will need to be paid before shipment.

     

  3. Customs Duties & Taxes Unless otherwise stated, international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

    💡 Special Shipping Channels: If your selected shipping method indicates "Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)" or "Tariff-Free":

    👉 This means customs duties have been prepaid. You do not need to pay extra fees or handle customs clearance.

    👉 If local customs policies change unexpectedly, we may contact you to assist in resolving any duty-related issues.

     

  4. Why are certain shipping options missing at checkout?

    If you cannot see specific shipping options during checkout, it may be due to the following reasons:

    📦 Package weight exceeds limits: The total weight of your order exceeds the maximum capacity allowed by that specific shipping channel.

    💰 Shipping cost optimization: In some rare cases, standard/economy shipping rates may be higher than express shipping. To protect our customers, the system automatically hides less cost-effective options.

    🌍 Regional service restrictions: There are currently no available logistics channels for that specific method in your shipping destination.

    🚢 Minimum weight requirement: Bulk shipping methods (such as sea freight or air freight) have not met the minimum weight threshold required by the carrier.

     

  5. Production & Custom Orders All acrylic products are made-to-order and customized based on customer-provided designs or instructions.

    Production begins immediately after order confirmation. Due to the personalized nature of custom items, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once production has started, unless there is an error on our part.

     

  6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrectly produced due to our error, you may request a replacement, or a proportional refund based on the actual number of affected items.

    Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic or video evidence for verification. In these approved cases, we will cover all shipping costs for the return or replacement.

     

  7. Non-Returnable Conditions (Customized Items) Due to the highly personalized nature of our acrylic products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for non-quality-related issues.

    This includes, but is not limited to: change of mind, incorrect customer-provided designs, spelling/typo errors, or selecting the wrong size/color during checkout. Please double-check your design and specifications before placing an order.

     

  8. Refund Process & Restocking Fee For approved refunds, the refund will be processed after verification or after the returned item is received and inspected.

Once approved, refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within [5-7] business days, depending on your bank or payment issuer.

No restocking fee will be charged for any approved returns or replacements.
